We roast fresh every Monday and ship on Tuesdays. Local deliveries are typically made on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

When we approach a new coffee, we roast on the lighter side—typically light to light-medium—to highlight the inherent terroir of each origin while preserving clarity, structure, and sweetness. This approach allows the natural characteristics of the coffee to shine without overpowering its unique profile.

Our minimum wholesale order is 10 lbs (two 5 lb bags) for free local delivery. Smaller orders may be subject to a delivery fee. For retail bags, we require orders in units of 6 per coffee.

Yes. We provide coffee, equipment, training, and support for offices, coworking spaces, hotels, and other hospitality environments.

Yes. We offer 5 gallon cold brew kegs as well as kegerator options for home, office, or shop setups.

We serve weddings, corporate events, conferences, conventions, trade shows, brand activations, private parties, school functions, and community events.

Our menus can include espresso drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, cold brew, drip coffee, matcha, chai, hot chocolate, teas, affogatos, and seasonal specialty beverages. We also have the ability to create signature drinks and custom menus.

Yes. We offer custom-branded cups, sleeves, menus, signage, and beverage experiences along with customized cart wraps and graphics for corporate events and brand activations.

We are based in New Orleans and regularly serve events throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, the Florida Gulf Coast, and East Texas. We will travel to just about anywhere in the U.S. as needed.

Our standard espresso cart requires approximately 6 feet wide by 5 feet deep of operating space.

Most events require two dedicated electrical outlets per cart. We can discuss alternative power solutions if needed.

Yes. We can operate both indoors and outdoors. Outdoor events may require weather protection depending on conditions.

Yes. We provide cups, lids, napkins, sweeteners, and all necessary beverage service supplies.

Absolutely. We can create custom drink menus, signature beverages, and specialty offerings tailored to your event.

Our service capacity depends on event length and menu complexity. We can accommodate intimate gatherings as well as large-scale events with hundreds or thousands of guests.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during wedding season and peak event months.

Yes. We carry commercial liability insurance and can provide certificates of insurance when required.

Absolutely. We offer matcha, chai, tea, hot chocolate, and other non-coffee options.

Each package includes professional baristas, equipment, coffee and ingredients, setup, service, and cleanup.

A signed contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
