We are very excited to release this amazing natural Ethiopia Misty Valley offering with our friends in funk band Lettuce. This coffee is very fruit forward with tons of berry notes including both strawberry and and blueberry along with a dark chocolate-like sweetness. We recommend brewing this as a pour over and we are finding the best flavor profile after about 6-7 days off of roast. For espresso, we prefer to let this coffee sit for 2 weeks before brewing as an espresso shot.
