Our Roaster’s Choice subscription is fulfilled at the start of each month. We roast fresh on Mondays and ship on Tuesdays, with your first order going out on the first Tuesday on or after the 1st. Bi-weekly subscriptions follow the same roast-and-ship schedule, shipping every other Tuesday thereafter, ensuring each delivery arrives at peak freshness.
